Logistics Cart: Standard Operating Procedures (Concise Version)

I. Loading Guidelines

1. Distribute cargo evenly with the center of gravity centered; avoid off-center loads or placing excessive weight on one side.

2. Place heavier items at the bottom and lighter items on top; ensure cargo does not extend beyond the cart's railings or exceed the maximum stacking height.

3. Overloading is strictly prohibited; carrying passengers or standing on the cart to perform tasks is forbidden.


II. Moving & Pushing

1. First, release the caster brakes; grasp the handlebars with both hands and push at a steady, smooth pace.

2. Slow down when turning corners, navigating aisles, traversing ramps, or crossing thresholds; avoid sudden forceful pushes, abrupt braking, or allowing the cart to roll freely.

3. Reduce the load when traveling over uneven surfaces to prevent jolting or tipping.


III. Parking & Positioning
